I work in conjunction with other directors and associate directors to ensure the highest quality communication services for our clients. I also design and implement projects as a member of the Research Team. I received a Professional Researcher Certification from the Marketing Research Association and a Social Psychology Certification from the American Sociological Association. What keeps me jazzed about PRR is the variety of projects and clients, all focused on making the world better. When I’m not working, I’m listening to jazz, watching Turner Classic Movies, reading, or taking road trips with my wife Tony and our dog Jarvis while we listen to the latest Jack Reacher novel.
An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
