I support the procurement process for PRR prime and sub opportunities across all sectors and practice areas. Along with the rest of the Business Development team, I collaborate with our market development and client services teams to create quality proposals that communicate the brilliance of PRR and our staff. Working at PRR is inspiring because of how much our employees genuinely care about our clients and the work we deliver. In my free time, I enjoy perfecting my wing recipe, listening to music, rooting for the Seahawks, and spending time at the beach.
An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
