As a Technical Project Manager, I'm humbled to be in a position where I can use my technical expertise and my ability to communicate with empathy and patience to help others plan and deliver digital products. My curiosity and problem-solving skills are applied each day that I am working at PRR, and I am eager to peer around the corner to see what new situation there is to tackle. Depending on the weather, you will find me reading in the sun, enjoying my dogs, or playing basketball with my community.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
