Internal Operations Coordinator
I would describe my role as a streamliner, for the operations team and organizationally. This means I help create and standardize everyday operations, while also acting as a resource and welcoming presence for all. Connecting with people as they come and out of the office is a consistent joy, in addition to learning about all the unique work we do. Civic engagement is important to me, and in years past, I was a PCO – precinct committee officer – for my legislative district. In my personal time I enjoy reading, trying out new recipes, taking walks at Seward Park or any park, and watching reality TV (Love is Blind...in case you’re wondering).
People are at the heart of our work, and we have some really great people.
We help our clients change the world for the better. Interested in joining the team?
An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
