I’m an undercover transportation nerd, spending most of my time in my position as the construction communications manager for WSDOT’s I-405/SR 167 Megaprogram and as a strategic advisor on many construction projects around the Puget Sound Region. My role allows me the opportunity to meet face to face with stakeholders, elected officials and community members to keep them informed and up to date about some of the region’s largest transportation infrastructure projects. I’m an eastside native and can be found on the ski slopes in the winter, wake surfing on Lake Washington in the summer and jumping out of airplanes as a tandem skydiving instructor year-round!

Vision statement of anti-racism.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This  includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
