Washington

PRR has called Seattle home for more than four decades. Our team leads marketing, community relations, research, and public information programs across the Puget Sound region and throughout Washington state.

Oregon

Our Portland staff works throughout Oregon, bringing community engagement, research, marketing, and creative services through an equity lens to organizations across the state. 
Key Clients Include: Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), Metro, and TriMet.

Mid-Atlantic (DC, Virginia, Maryland)

From our hub in the DC metro area, we bridge the gap between complex policy and community action. Since 2003, we have partnered with major state and federal agencies across the Mid-Atlantic to deliver inclusive engagement and strategic communications, with additional staff based in Hampton Roads supporting clients across Southeastern Virginia.

California

PRR's California team supports clients across the state, bringing the full breadth of PRR's capabilities—community, marketing and communications, research, and creative services—to public and private clients.
