Founded in Seattle, PRR got its start serving government clients across the Puget Sound region. More than four decades later, we have evolved into a certified women-owned firm with a national presence from the West Coast to the Mid-Atlantic.

Our Name
PRR: A name shaped by history.
PRR's name reflects our earliest roots in the Pacific Northwest. The firm began as Pacific Rim Resources, originally focusing on import-export work, before being acquired in November 1981 by community leader Rita Brogan.
As the work shifted toward social marketing and community engagement, the name evolved too. In 1993, Rita officially renamed the company PRR, letting go of the original name while keeping the acronym as a connection to our history. This marked a new chapter reflecting the purpose-driven firm PRR is today.
