Bringing safe micromobility to riders across the Pacific Northwest
Lime

PRR provided community relations and brand ambassador support for Lime, the shared micromobility company, across the Pacific Northwest. Working as one integrated team, PRR staffed events and festivals to promote safe riding, distribute helmets, and grow Lime's rider base, helping the brand scale community outreach without straining internal resources.

The Situation
Making shared micromobility safer for everyone
Shared e-bikes and scooters were reshaping how people moved through Pacific Northwest cities, but rapid growth brought a real need to promote safe riding and build community trust. Lime wanted a meaningful, on-the-ground presence at the events and festivals where riders and future riders gathered, without stretching its internal team to get there.

The Opportunity
One integrated team, ready to scale
PRR framed its role as a true extension of Lime's team. Rather than treating outreach as a series of one-off appearances, PRR built a flexible staffing model that let Lime scale community presence up or down as needed, coordinating with regional mobility groups and event planners so every appearance was purposeful and on-brand.

The Solution
Brand ambassadors, meeting riders where they are
PRR staffed events, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings with trained brand ambassadors who distributed helmets, helped people download the app, and guided test rides, acting as one integrated team with Lime.
Results
A safer, more visible brand in its first year
In PRR's first year with Lime, brand ambassadors staffed 36 events, roughly 115 event hours, reaching about 7,872 visitors across three markets and distributing an estimated 4,384 helmets. The work promoted rider safety, grew Lime's visibility with current and future riders, and expanded community outreach without overburdening Lime's internal resources.
