Senior Communications Specialist
My commitment to fostering connection and strengthening community resilience is informed by decades working in public and nonprofit development, community finance, and international aid. At PRR, I support our clients to enact meaningful change for the communities they serve through authentic public and partner engagement and collaboration. Before joining PRR, I led multi-million-dollar grant and procurement programs, delivered strategic insights for executive decision-making, and guided teams of all sizes to stay aligned and deliver on complex initiatives. I possess a keen eye for detail, systems thinking, dynamic leadership and organizational skills, and a depth of cross-cultural communication experience. Outside of work, you’ll find me biking around Seattle, backpacking, volunteering, dancing to Beyoncé, or cheering on the Mariners.
People are at the heart of our work, and we have some really great people.
We help our clients change the world for the better. Interested in joining the team?
An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
