Senior Research Project Coordinator
Washington
As a senior project coordinator on the Research Team, I support project needs throughout the entire timeline, from start to finish. I use qualitative and mixed-method approaches to help clients understand what their communities want and need, which informs better policy decisions and improves the quality of life for the communities we serve. I love that at PRR, every project is different. Each project has its own unique context and goals, so we adapt our methods, customize our analysis, and develop tailored, actionable research to help our clients succeed. Before joining PRR, I studied Urban Environmental Policy and continue to be an avid advocate for transit, cycling, and walkable cities. Outside of work, you can find me riding around the city on my bicycle or painting.
People are at the heart of our work, and we have some really great people.
We help our clients change the world for the better. Interested in joining the team?
An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
