Language Services Program Manager
As the Language Services Program Manager, I lead our company's efforts to break down linguistic barriers, foster inclusive communication, and bring communities closer together. I am deeply passionate about supporting the creation of marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies that truly resonate with multicultural audiences, address linguistic isolation, and honor cultural nuances. I love that I get to work closely with brilliant people from whom I learn new things every day, and that we collaborate in meaningful work that impacts our communities. Outside of work, I love travelling, hiking, doing yoga, cooking, and having wild dance parties with my two kids and husband.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
