I bring over 20 years’ experience in executive leadership support and office management to PRR, committed to delivering the best work and going the extra mile, aligning resources, and coming up with solutions for office challenges. Call me a jack-of-all-trades, my multi-faceted role lends to a suite of services, including event planning, domestic and international travel logistics, office moves, and new hire set up, to name a few. An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
