I come to work every day knowing that what I’m doing is making a difference – whether it’s keeping people safe on the road, promoting new, multi-modal options for community members to get around, or encouraging people to prepare for disasters. From creating unique partnerships that bring together public and private organizations with a shared vision, to guiding creative and branding campaigns that inspire change, I’m focused on fostering connections between clients, consumers, and community. To keep life balanced, I like to go on adventures with my family, feed my green thumb in my garden or at Swanson’s Nursery, and spend time at the driving range with my husband. Fore!

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
