I help our PRR staff troubleshoot technical issues, and work with our teams to ensure our evolving technology practices and tools are intuitive. This role provides the opportunity to work on a spectrum of issues, and I also love the diversity and inclusivity PRR strives to achieve every day. In my off time, I've spent 13 years perfecting my meat and vegetable rub (I believe it could challenge a Tom Douglas rub any day of the week) and I enjoy hosting friends for full-day smoked meat sessions (brisket, pork shoulder, chicken thighs, you name it!).

Vision statement of anti-racism.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This  includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
