My work at PRR helps amplify the voices of community members and creates opportunities for them to better understand and stay involved with projects that affect them. When I’m not working, I enjoy volunteering with the Seattle Animal Shelter where I serve as a foster parent for dogs. I’m a big animal person and feel proud to work with all the lovely dogs looking for homes. In my personal time, I love listening to music and curating the perfect playlist or spending time outside whenever we get a little bit of sun in Seattle!

Changemakers from coast to coast.

Vision statement of anti-racism.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This  includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
