As a senior community engagement specialist, I bring expertise in multi-layered public engagement and project management for park revitalization projects, commercial corridor improvements, and green stormwater infrastructure to PRR's Baltimore office. I'm delighted to support our transportation and environmental infrastructure work through an approach that helps people understand how projects will benefit their neighborhood and lives. I believe it's important for clients to prioritize meaningful conversations with the community to achieve long-term success. Such input can turn a blighted lot into a usable community asset. When not working with communities on improvement projects, I love to be outdoors. A dedicated traveler, I love both the mountains and the sea, and can usually be found seeking adventure on a sailboat.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
