Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
DEI Practice
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice develops and implements plans to effectively engage people who are historically marginalized, underserved, disproportionately impacted, and seldom heard. This includes people affected by racism, bias, poverty, limited-English proficiency, disability, and immigration. Our practitioners lead with cultural humility and employ lenses of equity and inclusion to guide our work from start to finish.
Language Services
Provide language and cultural expertise in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin, traditional and simplified written), Korean, Oromo, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Tigrinya, and Vietnamese.
Strategic Planning
Facilitate pro-equity decision-making, analyses of cumulative impacts of disenfranchisement, and racial equity planning.
Environmental Justice Analysis & Outreach
Identify and assess disproportionately high and adverse human health or environmental effects on federally protected populations.
Community-Based Organization Partnerships
Connect with organizations who are integrated with and work to improve communities, especially those who serve harder-to-reach and historically underserved people.
