I lead financial operations for PRR - including accounting, contracting, and strategic planning. PRR's people, broad range of projects, and opportunities make this a fantastic place to work. Most of my free time right now is spent supporting a local, non-profit soccer club. Outside of work, I can’t wait to get back to traveling. I’ve set a goal for one solo adventure travel trip each year. I'm also working on the ‘stand up’ portion of stand-up paddleboarding.

I lead PRR’s west coast environmental sector, guiding integrated solutions for clients that keep our air and water clean, provide renewable energy, make sure our cities are resilient, and design and build meaningful private, public, and green spaces. In more than a decade with PRR, I’ve been fortunate to guide community engagement strategy on major infrastructure projects shaping our region, including combined sewer overflow and water quality projects around the Puget Sound, aviation infrastructure and planning work for some of our major airports, and projects that will help more effectively move people through and between our cities, including the SR 99 Tunnel Project and Sound Transit’s East Link and Federal Way Link extension projects. Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring the Puget Sound with my two kids, baking, or working in my garden.

As the Project Accounting Manager, I have two key roles: overseeing accurate invoicing and contract management and developing our team of Project Accountants. Combining my passion for numbers and strategy, I am dedicated to continuously enhancing billing efficiency and accuracy while nurturing a positive team environment. This passion extends to my volunteer work at a local school where I can connect with the community and make a positive impact. In my free time, I enjoy reading classic literature, traveling and making memories with my family, and spending time with my dog.

At PRR I spend my time working on transportation projects big and small! Whether it’s managing construction communications for an entire light rail extension or keeping folks informed about a new roundabout coming to their neighborhood, I am passionate about helping every community engage with their built environment! I recognize that construction can be a loud, frustrating, and inconvenient part of progress and my goal is to help people and communities feel heard and considered throughout the entire lifecycle of transportation and infrastructure projects. Some of my favorite work I’ve done at PRR includes giving out thirty portable air-conditioning units to residents disproportionately impacted by a nearby construction site and developing a youth construction safety campaign that ran in six different languages. Outside of my work, you can find me skiing, climbing, or trail running in the Cascades, backpacking with my Aussie Shepherd, Douglas, or fixing up my 100-year-old house!

I bring over 20 years’ experience in executive leadership support and office management to PRR, committed to delivering the best work and going the extra mile, aligning resources, and coming up with solutions for office challenges. Call me a jack-of-all-trades, my multi-faceted role lends to a suite of services, including event planning, domestic and international travel logistics, office moves, and new hire set up, to name a few. I am dedicated to PRR's success, continuing to build and foster relationships to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

I provide strategic communications guidance on outreach and social marketing to Vietnamese-speaking communities, facilitate focus groups, and help create educational assets to drive understanding of infrastructure projects or policies. My work involves learning clients’ objectives, then expanding their reach to connect with Vietnamese people within limited English proficiency in their communities. Prior to PRR, I coordinated the Computing For All youth coding competition near Seattle and served as an on-site interpreter at the West Seattle Food Bank and various factories with Vietnamese workers. Outside of work, my young children occupy most of my personal time and I love to see them grow alongside my garden where I’m cultivating my extensive collection of designer roses.

As a community engagement coordinator, I serve as a bridge between clients and the people their projects serve. Using a community-driven approach, I help ensure that public projects work to strengthen – not burden – local communities. I value PRR as an environment where I can grow and build meaningful relationships with both team members and community members. People-focused work allows me to promote inclusive governance, center equity, and learn from those around me. Outside of work, I love hiking, backpacking, and skiing the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest. I like to balance my adventures with relaxing by the water, sharing a meal with loved ones, and exploring the countless coffee shops and breweries of Seattle.

Business development is about connecting our integrated communication experts with clients and communities. I lead a team of PRR’s biggest cheerleaders dedicated to showcasing the talent and passion PRR has and the extensive experience and diverse perspectives we bring to all our projects. Working with an enthusiastic group of transportation, health, and environment professionals is an inspiring and energizing way to spend each day. I spend my time away from work outside whenever I can, exploring waters and woods with my family.

As a Community Engagement Specialist, I help center and amplify community voices with my deep commitment to equity and inclusion. I have more than 10 years of experience in public involvement, relationship management, and fundraising. I am passionate about driving mission-focused initiatives that empower communities to shape their futures in our transportation, public health, and environmental sectors. My roots are in Washington state; however, I am grateful to serve the PRR Portland team while I pursue my Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University. I am eager to apply my skills in urban planning, civic engagement, and policy development to PRR’s diverse work. In my personal time, I enjoy satisfying my cat’s demands for attention, reading, hiking, beachcombing, and finding Portland’s best matcha latte.

I help clients achieve strategic, equitable outcomes to their public engagement opportunities by leveraging my skillset and experience in marketing, strategic communications, project management, and culturally competent engagement. What I love most about PRR is helping a variety of clients authentically connect with the communities their projects are impacting. I have served on several nonprofit boards, including Kandelia and Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County. I currently spend time mentoring MBA candidates of color at my alma mater, Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. In my free time, I love trying out new recipes (mostly following what is written), being a self-proclaimed cold brew coffee connoisseur, and learning all things construction vehicles and Spidey and Friends with my nephews.

As a member of the research team, I use qualitative and mixed-methods approaches to help clients understand the needs, preferences, and priorities of their communities and to inform their policy choices. I love that our research goes directly into the real world, informing programs and policies that can have immediate and lasting impacts for the communities our clients serve. When my laptop is closed, I enjoy traveling and exploring (by bicycle when possible), being on the water (whether swimming, boating or just watching the waves roll), and spending time playing and volunteering in a local LGBTQ sports league.

I manage everything that plugs into a wall and most things that don’t. Mostly, I tend to the IT infrastructure and keep things humming to ensure our staff are enabled to do the great work they do. Put simply, my favorite part of the job is our staff. I enjoy coming to work with a whole bunch of people I consider friends. It motivates me to do what I can to improve their IT experience and make sure they’re up and running as best as possible. When I'm out of the office I enjoy board games, a good bourbon, and oh yeah, karaoke.

Vision statement of anti-racism.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This  includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
